We know our people are our most valuable asset, and their safety and wellbeing takes precedence over everything and that our safety starts at the top.
Certified Crane and Rigging is committed to a safe work environment. We know that all accidents and injuries are preventable and that this can be achieved through efforts of each individual working within our framework of safety policies and procedures. This framework put together with input from all in our organization is provided to all in a written safety plan. This framework has developed through both years of experience and the industry-wide sharing of information. Our management first hold ourselves responsible for every employee’s safety, and in turn hold each employee responsible for his or her own safety, and for the safety of those people they are working with and any people nearby. Our team is highly trained in safely using crane and rigging equipment.
EMPLOYEE TRAINING
Employee training is essential to our safety focus, and we ensure that each employee has all the skills, experience, and tools necessary to succeed at every task any individual or group is given to do. In addition, the Certified Crane and Rigging Team strives for continuous improvement in our procedures and practices, and for continued education of all employees through ongoing training efforts, daily safety meetings on-site, and weekly safety meetings at our facility. Whether in-house by our HSE group or a 3rd party brought in for a specific training topic or course.
